Dalton Austin

Dalton leads the MSP partnership origination effort with the M&A team at AYCE Capital. His role is to work with potential partners to assess fit and to answer any transaction/AYCE related questions coming from business owners regarding the most important event of their professional lives, the contemplation of selling a piece of their business. Prior to his current role, Dalton focused on financial analysis, due diligence, document preparation, and transaction coordination within the AYCE M&A team. Before joining AYCE, Dalton worked in investment banking for a middle-market boutique bank in Toronto, specializing in financial due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and other advisory engagements. Dalton grew up in Barrie, Ontario, before attending university and working in Toronto’s financial district. When not working, Dalton enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, as well as going to the gym.
