Dalton is an analyst on the M&A team at AYCE Capital. Within the transaction process, he focuses on financial analysis, due diligence, document preparation, and transaction coordination.Before joining AYCE, Dalton worked in investment banking for a middle-market boutique bank in Toronto, specializing in financial due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and other advisory engagements. Dalton’s role is to work with potential partners to make the investment process as seamless and transparent as possible.Dalton grew up in Barrie, Ontario, before attending university and working in Toronto’s financial district. When not working, Dalton enjoys dancing salsa and bachata, as well as going to the gym.
