Phil is co-founder and Principal of AYCE Capital. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial planning, and investment decisions.
Prior to co-founding AYCE, Phil worked in various finance roles on the stock market, in SMB growth consulting, and M&A. Phil’s role is to make investment decisions and can provide real-time responses throughout the M&A process.
Phil has lived and worked in Barrie and the GTA, and enjoys giving back and supporting the community. In his spare time he reads, spends time with family, and golfs.
Nick is co-founder and President of AYCE Capital. He focuses on sales and marketing processes, strategies, and teams.
Prior to co-founding AYCE, Nick has worked in both buy- and sell-side M&A, as well as tech sales, where he spent his time building sales processes, generating marketing materials, and managing sales team members. Nick’s role is to help grow successful MSPs – both organically & via inbounds – and systematize best practices across AYCE partner companies.
Nick grew up on a farm just outside of Truro – or as he calls it, the GTA (Greater Truro Area) – a small town in the heart of Nova Scotia, and volunteers at several environmental organizations in southern Ontario. He also spends his spare time snowboarding, camping, reading, learning new things, spending time with friends, and playing around with open source LLMs that can run locally.
Will is co-founder and Director of Operations at AYCE Capital. He focuses on supporting MSP owners in various business operations spanning HR, compliance, accounting, procurement, and insurance.
Prior to co-founding AYCE, Will worked in various roles across insurance, corporate finance, business development, accounting, operations, and financial regulation. Will’s role is to help strengthen operations and iterate back-end processes.
Will has lived and worked in Guelph and Ottawa, and often volunteered with the Canadian Cadet Program, Guelph Tool Library, and Urban Sugaring Project. In his spare time, he loves to grill, cycle the hills of Gatineau, and tend to his garden.
Jack is an M&A associate at AYCE Capital. He focuses on executing the M&A processes by conducting financial analysis, confirmatory due diligence, and prepares information packages for various stakeholders.
Jack joined AYCE after completing his undergrad at the University of York. Jack lives in Barrie and spends his free time reading, following world affairs, analyzing media, and studying for the CFA.

Nathan lives in Toronto with his amazing wife Jamie and two wonderful daughters Emma and Ellie.
Jordan co-founded Ashbridge Partners in 2013. Jordan established the firm following an almost 10-year private equity and consulting career with Creative Artists Agency (a TPG portfolio company), Authentic Brands Group (a Leonard Green & Partners portfolio company) and Hilco Consumer Capital.
Jordan is or has served as a Board member for The Bridle Bash Foundation, Caryl Baker Visage, Bagwell Supply, Geroline, DD Mac Electric, Progressive Countertop, AYCE Capital, Rational Business Solutions, Chris’s Sign Service and Westcan.
Jordan lives in Toronto with his fantastic wife Lesley and their two delightful children, son Preston and daughter Jaxson.
