Abdus is an Associate on the M&A team at AYCE Capital, where he supports the full transaction lifecycle across financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution. He focuses on building financial models, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure a smooth and disciplined process from initial evaluation through closing.Before joining AYCE, Abdus worked in M&A for a healthcare aesthetics platform in Toronto, where he supported the acquisitions across diligence, valuation, and early post‑merger integration. His experience spans financial modelling, risk assessment, transaction coordination, and supporting operators through transition planning.Originally from India, Abdus now lives in Canada. Outside of work, he enjoys following Formula 1 and playing squash.
