Lucy Gomes is a senior finance executive with over a decade of experience across accounting leadership, investment management, and operational finance. She serves as AYCE Capital’s Chief Financial Officer, where she leads financial strategy, reporting, governance, and risk management to support long‑term growth and value creation across the portfolio.
Lucy built her career in Toronto’s Financial District, gaining experience across various industries including, financial services, investment management, professional services, and consumer‑focused operations. She brings experience across core financial and advisory functions, along with leadership of enterprise‑level accounting and financial reporting for complex, multi‑location organizations. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a strong foundation in financial governance and professional standards.
Lucy now resides north of Toronto and in her spare time she enjoys reading, cottaging and going on hikes with her husband and young children.
