Our CFO, Mark Garcia (a CPA), works with our MSP partners to develop their accounting, budgeting, and finance processes. Mark facilitates monthly meetings to review business performance and key metrics, and assists with monthly reconciliations and tax return preparation.
Focusing time on clients, technology, and strategic planning is key for every MSP owner. Mark makes sure that our partners can do exactly that without sacrificing the quality of their financial information.

Do you have projects on the side of your desk because you haven’t been able to get to them yet?
Our COO, William Dennis, will act as a sounding board and an extra pair of hands to work with you on these projects. We know that when working “in” the business, it can be difficult to find time to work “on” the business.
Will has extensive experience with planning and business processes and works closely with all of our MSP partners. We draw on the best practices from all of our partners to assist with reviewing contracts, negotiating with vendors, human resources, and legal matters.
