Adam Williams

Adam is a member of the M&A team at AYCE Capital. At AYCE, Adam supports acquisition execution through financial, accounting, operational, and contract diligence. Before joining AYCE, Adam worked as an independent consultant supporting Community Futures Eastern Ontario and Hillside Succession, where he sourced and screened acquisition targets, built operating and valuation models, and prepared investment memos to support transaction and funding decisions.He also brings project leadership experience from Eperformance, Avanti Software, and SurveyMonkey Apply, where he led complex technology implementations and process-improvement initiatives.
Adam holds an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, with specializations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and has passed the CFA Level III  exam through the Private Markets Pathway.
