Jonathan Sirota

Jonathan serves as an Associate on AYCE Capital’s Operations team, where he helps manage and enhance the operations of the firm’s portfolio companies. He works with operators and management teams to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and drive operational execution across the portfolio. Before joining AYCE, Jonathan worked at Abingdon Capital in Toronto, where he supported capital raising, M&A advisory, business development, and corporate finance mandates for small and mid-market companies. In that role, he worked directly with management teams to assess strategic alternatives, prepare investor and transaction materials, coordinate diligence, and support companies through growth initiatives. Jonathan lives in the GTA with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys following the markets, playing sports, and spending time at Wonderland with his wife and son.
