Kalon is the Events Coordinator at AYCE Capital, where she leads the planning and execution of high-impact experiences designed to strengthen community and drive strategic growth. She oversees everything from intimate executive dinners to large-scale industry gatherings, ensuring each touchpoint reflects the company’s brand, standards, and long-term vision.
With a background spanning corporate events and performance marketing environments, Kalon brings a unique blend of operational precision and creative strategy to her work. She specializes in logistics management, vendor negotiation, sponsorship integration, and crafting experiences that balance polish with measurable ROI.
Outside of work, Kalon is a dedicated powerlifter and seasoned traveler. She also recently returned to show jumping after a ten-year hiatus—reviving a sport she competed in for over twenty years.
