Kate serves as an Analyst on our Operations team, collaborating closely with the COO to manage and enhance the operations of AYCE Capital’s portfolio companies. Before joining AYCE, Kate gained valuable experience on the Wealth Planning and Client Wealth Management teams at a leading private wealth advisory firm in Toronto. In that role, Kate assisted in providing planning expertise to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth individuals and their families in the areas of business owner planning, retirement, tax, insurance, estates and trusts, and philanthropy planning. Originally from Ireland, Kate has established her home in Toronto. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and taking walks by the lake with her husband and young son.

Lesson learned early in your career

The value of staying curious and learning from everyone around me. That mindset has shaped how I approach my work and new challenges.

Favorite AYCE moment

I always enjoy our quarterly platform-wide calls. Not only are they collaborative but seeing so many boxes on the screen is a powerful reminder of how much we’ve grown and how far we’ve come together as a company.

Dream travel destination

The Maldives - I think the pristine beaches and stunning scenery speaks for themselves.
