Liam Woodside

Liam is the VP of M&A at AYCE Capital. Within the transaction process, he focuses on financial analysis, due diligence, and document preparation.Before starting at AYCE, Liam worked in M&A advisory, specializing in financial due diligence, financial modelling, and other advisory engagements. Liam has also spent time analyzing publicly traded companies at a buy-side firm and in financial planning and analysis at a renewable energy firm.Born in the Maritimes, Liam grew up and went to school in Ottawa. When not working, Liam’s hobbies include badminton, running, poker, and bouldering.
